Larry emphasizes the early evaluation of case merits and development of a case strategy from pre-suit considerations through discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Trademark and Unfair Competition Litigation: Larry handles all phases of litigation, including applications for emergency injunctive relief, declaratory judgment proceedings, and trials and appeals, in federal and state courts throughout the United States in connection with trademark, trade dress, domain name, false advertising, unfair competition, dilution, and related Lanham Act and state law claims.
- Copyright and Design Patent Litigation and Counseling: Larry has represented clients in a wide array of complex copyright and design patent disputes.
- Restrictive Covenant and Trade Secret Litigation: Larry regularly counsels clients on best practices for protecting trade secrets, and Larry represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state trade secret litigation, including prosecution of and defense against applications for injunctions and ex parte seizes in cases including technology, customer lists, new business model, and employee trade secret cases.
- Right of Publicity Litigation: Larry has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in right of publicity litigation in state and federal courts.
